About Calsco

What does Calsco Group do?

Calsco Group is an operational infrastructure firm. We install and run the systems that capture leads, book appointments, follow up, collect payments, and track compliance, so owner-operated service businesses run without the owner in every task.

Who do you work with?

Owner-operated service businesses: childcare, care services, home services, transportation, beauty, pet care, and real estate. Our best fit is an established business where the owner has become the bottleneck.

Are you a marketing agency?

No. Agencies bring in attention. We build what happens after a lead arrives: response, booking, follow-up, payment, and the operations behind them.

Are you consultants?

No. Consultants hand you a plan. We install the system, run it with you, and leave it documented and owned by your business.

Who will I work with?

Cale Scott, Founder & COO, leads every engagement. Specialists on our delivery bench execute under Calsco’s architecture and quality checks.

Where are you located?

Calsco is based in Metro Detroit and works with clients on-site and remotely.

Price and value

How much does it cost?

Every engagement has a fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly fee, quoted on your first call. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

Why not list prices on the site?

The right system depends on how your business runs. We confirm fit on a short call, then give you one fixed price before you commit to anything.

It’s more than we planned to spend.

Compare it to what the problem costs now: owner hours, leads that never get a reply, missed appointments, and work that slips through. The system is built to pay for itself by recovering customers who would otherwise slip through. Payment plans are available for setup.

Why not just buy the software ourselves?

You can. Software alone is a box of parts. The value is in the build, the setup for your workflow, the testing, and someone accountable for it working.

Why not hire an office manager instead?

A hire costs a salary, takes months to find and train, and still works by hand. Calsco installs a system that works around the clock and makes any staff you have more effective.

Why do you charge more than freelancers?

We price to deliver it right: tested builds, quality checks on every install, fast support, and ongoing improvement. A cheap system that breaks costs more.

The system

What exactly do you install?

The core system answers every new lead within a minute, texts back missed calls, books and reminds appointments, follows up with people who go quiet, requests reviews, sends payment links by text, and shows the owner one dashboard. We add industry-specific pieces, like contractor or licensing compliance, where your business needs them.

We already use other software. Do we have to switch?

No. We work around what already runs your business, such as your scheduling, payments, or background check providers, and connect or track them in one place.

Is this too technical for our team?

No. Your team uses a phone app and simple screens. We set everything up, train your staff, and support you after launch.

Will my customers notice a change?

Yes, in a good way: faster replies, easier booking, and reminders that cut no-shows.

Do I need a new phone number?

Your business gets a dedicated number that forwards to the phone you already use, so you still answer calls the same way.

Process and time

How does an engagement work?

Three phases: Diagnose, where we map how your business runs today; Build, where we build and test the system; and Embed, where we run and improve it with you.

How long until it’s live?

The core system is live within 30 days of kickoff.

How much of my time does it take?

About 2 hours in the first week to walk us through how things run, one test session before launch, then a short weekly check-in.

We’re busy right now. Should we wait?

No. Busy is the reason to start: we build around your schedule, and every week without the system is more leads and hours lost.

Why pay before work starts?

Payment reserves your build slot and starts the 30-day launch clock.

Is there a long-term contract?

Ongoing engagements have a short minimum so the system has time to show results, then continue month to month.

Results, risk and ownership

What results can we expect?

Faster response to every lead, fewer no-shows, follow-up that never gets forgotten, and owner hours back each week. We agree on the numbers to track at kickoff and report on them.

Have you done this before?

Yes. We run operations, finances, and licensing compliance for a childcare center, including state grant applications and reporting. For a medical transportation provider, the web presence we built brought the client a recurring partnership. And a care services company brought Calsco in to run its contractor onboarding and compliance: applications, background checks, certifications, insurance, and payout setup, tracked so no contractor takes an assignment until fully cleared.

What if it doesn’t work?

If the core system is not live by day 30, your next month is free. After launch, you see progress in regular reports, not promises.

Who owns the system?

You do. Your workspace, data, and written procedures belong to your business.

What happens if we stop working with you?

You keep everything we built and documented. Nothing is held hostage.

What if Calsco is unavailable?

The system runs automatically, and every step is documented. Your business never depends on one person’s memory, including ours.

Is our customer data secure?

Each client gets a dedicated, separate workspace, with access limited to people you approve.

Who is responsible for compliance?

Your business stays the responsible party, and Calsco does not give legal advice. We run the process so every required step is completed, recorded, and visible to you.

Still have a question?

Book the diagnostic call. We will answer it directly, whether you work with us or not.
